Our experience with PHOTO RESTORATION has grown with the industry. Before digitalization came along photos were repaired with an airbrush, by very skilled artists, and was very expensive. Today digital technicians scan and repair photos electronically and save them in digital formats to be printed or stored how you choose. Although still a time consuming process, more people are able to enjoy their precious memories forever.
Usually the PROCESS of restoring a photo begins with a cleaning process performed on the original photo. Next is a series of digital scans to produce the best quality digital copy possible. The photo is imported into professional software to begin the tedious task of pixel repair and replacement. After damage is repaired we filter imperfections in color, hue and saturation to produce a refreshed restoration.
